We are KIJAEFA, a community of hope and support for people living with HIV in Tanzania, under the umbrella of TPAA. Our main goal is to prevent new infections and provide counseling.

KIJAEFA (Kikundi cha Jali Afya Yako, Epuka Maambukizi Mapya, Fuata Ushauri na Nasaha) is a community initiative building hope, love, and dignity among at-risk communities and those living with HIV.
